Which companies do you work for?
For companies whose business runs on software, mainly in healthcare, the public sector and regulated industries. We also reinforce software companies and IT service providers with experienced developers.
Do you also work for companies in Germany or Switzerland?
Yes. We are based near Vienna, and our clients are in the German-speaking countries. We work remotely, in German or English. For the Dev Partnership, also with teams worldwide.
What does a project with you look like?
We start with a free initial call to understand your goals and processes. Next comes a clearly scoped plan, then implementation in stages with a fixed price per stage and regular check-ins, and finally a production-ready handover — including operations if you like.
How much does custom software cost?
For larger projects there is no single price for everything. We cut the project into stages, such as a Discovery Sprint, an MVP and further milestones, and agree a fixed scope and a fixed price for each stage. That way you know what each step costs before it starts, and decide on the next one afterwards.
Your data stays in Austria or the EU. We run applications on Exoscale's cloud infrastructure, independent of US providers. For GDPR and NIS2 we implement the technical measures: data residency, encryption, access control and logging.
Are your solutions GDPR and NIS2 compliant?
We implement the technical requirements and provide the evidence, with data residency in Austria or the EU. Whether your company is compliant also depends on processes outside the software.
Do you also handle operations and maintenance?
Yes. We don't just build, we also run. If you like, we take over operations completely: monitoring and alerting around the clock, automated backups, updates and CI/CD. On-call duty is agreed as needed.
Can you migrate existing systems?
Yes. We migrate from AWS, Google Cloud or Azure in phases, with a planned switchover and without vendor lock-in. Our blog post "From AWS to Exoscale" shows what that looks like.
