Software that follows your processes, not the other way round.
We build web applications, SaaS platforms and integrations your business runs on — and run them on sovereign EU cloud. From concept to ongoing operations, all from a single team.
- Source code and data are yours
- Operations from the same team
- No vendor lock-in

Why your own software?
No cost per user
No licence fee per user, no modules you never need. You pay for development, maintenance and operations. Beyond a certain number of users that's cheaper than a subscription.
Less manual work
The software follows your processes, not the other way round. Fewer clicks, fewer detours, less retyping every day.
Only what you need
Exactly the features your business needs, instead of software built for another industry.
Your roadmap
New requirement, new feature. You set the roadmap, not a vendor's product manager.
Processes you can't buy
What sets you apart from competitors lies in your processes. Standard software evens them out, your own software reflects them.
Your data, your control
Runs on sovereign EU cloud, technical measures for GDPR and NIS2 included. No vendor lock-in, no US access.
Off-the-shelf or custom?
Off-the-shelf software is the right choice when your process is like everyone else's. As soon as it's what sets you apart, it becomes a brake.
— off-the-shelf
- Feature set driven by other people's requirements
- Ongoing licence costs per user and module
- Adapt your processes to the software
- Roadmap owned by the vendor
- Integrations only where the vendor planned them
- Data often stored outside the EU
- Migration means exporting data and hoping
- Support via ticket system and hold music
+ custom software
- Feature set derived from your processes
- One-off development, then maintenance and operations
- Adapt the software to your processes
- Roadmap owned by you
- Integrations with everything you use
- Data stored in Austria or the EU
- Source code and data belong to you
- Direct contact with the team that built it
Design · Code · Run
One contact across the whole lifecycle — no handover losses between agency, developers and hosting provider.
Planning & UX
Sharpen requirements, understand processes, design user flows. The result is a plan with stages and fixed prices, not an estimate.
Development
Automatically tested, documented, coordinated with you in short cycles. After every step you see working software.
Operations & maintenance
Kubernetes on Exoscale, CI/CD, monitoring, backups. We don't just build — we keep it running.
Clarify first, then build
If scope or state are still unclear, we don't start with implementation but with a Discovery Sprint or audit: tailored to your project, at a fixed price agreed up front. The result is a basis for a decision, not a sales pitch.
The software exists and runs. We review architecture, security, compliance and operating costs and deliver a written assessment.
discovery sprintThe idea is there, the decision isn't. Feasibility, a business case and a prioritised scope before anything gets built.
MVP Build
The first usable version with a fixed scope and a fixed price — running in production, not a demo. Made for startups and for new business ideas in established companies, where you only learn in the market what the software really has to do.
// what's in
- The core workflows the value depends on
- User management, roles and permissions
- The one integration it can't run without
- Automated tests and documentation
- Deployment on sovereign EU infrastructure
- Monitoring and backups from day one
// deliberately not
- Features for cases nobody has had yet
- Configurability without a concrete need
- Elaborate reports before the first data
- Scaling for user numbers you don't have yet
- Integrations "for later"
All of it can be added later. Built up front, it costs money for assumptions that often turn out wrong in the market.
Production, not prototype
For us, an MVP isn't a throwaway demo. It's tested, documented and running in production — the foundation you build on, instead of rewriting it after the first feedback.
Fixed scope, fixed price
The scope is firmly defined up front and then kept. New wishes during implementation go into the next stage, not into the current budget.
Extensible, not a dead end
Architecture, data model and operations are built so the second and third stage can build on them — even if you implement them with your own team.
Our stack
Proven technologies with a long horizon — nothing you won't find developers for in three years.

How we work
- 01
Initial call
Free, 30 minutes. We listen and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
- 02
Plan & stages
Scope and fixed price per stage. No estimate that grows later.
- 03
Implementation
Short cycles, regular check-ins, a working state at all times.
- 04
Handover
Tested, documented, production-ready. No loose ends.
- 05
Operations
If you like, we take over hosting, monitoring and further development.
Frequently asked questions
What kind of software do you build?
Web applications and SaaS platforms, integrations with existing systems such as ERP, CRM, payment providers or public authorities, and mobile and desktop clients where needed.
How much does custom software cost?
For larger projects there is no single price for everything. We cut the project into stages, such as a Discovery Sprint, an MVP and further milestones, and agree a fixed scope and a fixed price for each stage. That way you know what each step costs before it starts, and decide on the next one afterwards.
Cost ranges from practice: What does custom software cost? →How long does development take?
We deliver in short cycles so you can test with real users early instead of facing a big surprise at the end. We give you a concrete timeframe together with the plan: a firm commitment, not a rough estimate.
Will I be involved in the development?
Yes. You talk directly to the developers who build your software — no ticket system, no middle layer. Regular check-ins, a working state at all times, open communication when something takes longer.
Do I own the source code?
Yes. Source code and data are yours, completely and without restriction. Depending on what you prefer, it runs in your own cloud account or with us; the infrastructure is described as code and can be moved at any time. No lock-in.
Do you take on the further development or modernisation of existing software?
Yes. We take over legacy systems, modernise them step by step and keep them running in the meantime. A technical audit at the start shows what's worth keeping and what should be replaced.
Strategies from practice: legacy modernisation →Where is my data stored?
Your data stays in Austria or the EU. We run applications on Exoscale's cloud infrastructure, independent of US providers. For GDPR and NIS2 we implement the technical measures: data residency, encryption, access control and logging.
We sell our software in the EU. What does the Cyber Resilience Act mean for us?
The Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) phases in obligations for manufacturers of software and connected products: from September 2026, reporting actively exploited vulnerabilities; from December 2027, among other things, security by design, a software bill of materials (SBOM), vulnerability management and security updates for the support period. We help you put these requirements into practice in development and operations. Whether and how your product is covered — pure SaaS usually not, installable software and apps yes — is best clarified with your legal advisor.
Do you use AI when developing?
Yes, throughout development: from research and tests to agentic engineering, where AI agents carry out tasks on their own under our direction. We review every line, and it goes through the same tests and reviews; responsibility stays with us. We don't give production data to AI tools, and whether your code may be worked on with AI assistance is something we agree with you up front. AI makes us faster, but it doesn't replace understanding your processes.
Let's talk about your project.
Tell us which process is costing you time. We'll tell you honestly whether your own software pays off — and what it would cost.
