Clarity first.
Then build.
A Discovery Sprint or an audit delivers a decision before budget flows into a project whose scope nobody knows yet. We agree scope and fixed price up front, to fit your project. Both end with a written assessment, not with a sales pitch.
- Fixed price, agreed up front
- Written report instead of a quote
- 100% credited if you commission the work within 3 months

Clarify, build, run
With us, a project goes through three phases: clarify, build, run. Clarifying is the cheapest phase, and it's where mistakes are cheapest to catch.
Fixed price, tailored to the project. The result is a basis for a decision — not code.
Implementation in stages with a fixed price per stage, automatically tested and documented.
Monitoring, backups, updates and CI/CD on infrastructure in Austria or the EU.
The idea is there, the decision isn't. Clarifies feasibility and business case — without code.
The software exists and runs, but you don't know how robust it is. A look at what's there.
A legacy system needs replacing: assess the existing system first, then scope its successor.
Discovery Sprint
You want to build something new, but scope, effort and business case are still unclear? Instead of quoting on guesswork, we check first whether the project holds up technically and commercially.
- step 1
Understand
Process, stakeholders, goals and constraints. We listen and ask the uncomfortable questions before they get expensive.
- step 2
Cut
What belongs in a first usable version, what comes later, what not at all. The scope gets smaller — that's the point.
- step 3
Check feasibility
Technical design, critical interfaces, risks — and the question of where the project could fail.
- step 4
Calculate & decide
Effort, running costs and expected benefit side by side. Afterwards you know whether the project pays off.
// what you take away
- Feasibility analysis: what works technically and what doesn't
- Business case with effort, operating costs and benefit
- Technical design with data model and interfaces
- Prioritised scope for a first usable version
- List of risks and open decisions
- A clear recommendation — even if it argues against the project
The results belong to you — even if you don't continue with us afterwards or don't start the project at all.
Technical audit
You already have software and want to know where you stand? We review what's there and deliver an assessment you can base decisions on.
Architecture & code
Structure, dependencies, technical debt — what holds, what slows you down and what becomes a problem in two years.
Security & compliance
Vulnerabilities, data flows, GDPR and NIS2 requirements. Concrete measures instead of general advice.
Operations & costs
Where infrastructure burns money, where automation is missing and what a migration realistically costs.
Why not start implementing right away?
Because a quote without a clear scope is an estimate based on guesswork. That rarely works out in your favour — and we don't want projects that are off course from the moment they're signed.
The scope gets smaller, not bigger
In almost every project it turns out that some of the requested features aren't needed for the first benefit. Recognising that early is the biggest lever on cost.
You get a number that holds
Effort, running costs and expected benefit side by side. That lets you argue for budget internally instead of defending a ballpark figure.
The risks are on paper beforehand
Critical interfaces, unclear data, regulatory requirements. Whatever shows up here won't surprise you in the middle of implementation.
A no is a valid result
If a project doesn't pay off, we say so. A fixed-price Discovery Sprint is much cheaper than half a project that gets cancelled.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to continue building with you afterwards?
No. The assessment, plan and cost calculation belong to you and are written so that another provider can work with them too. We sell the basis for a decision, not an obligation to a follow-up contract.
Is the fee credited towards a follow-up project?
Yes, for both, in full: if you commission the implementation or modernisation from us within 3 months, we credit 100% of the sprint or audit against it. Without a follow-up it is a completed engagement — the results are yours.
What do we need to provide?
For the audit, access to the code and infrastructure plus a technical contact. For the Discovery Sprint, time from the people who really know the process — usually a few meetings, not a full-time commitment.
Isn't this just a sales pitch with an invoice?
An initial call with us is free and without obligation — you need neither an audit nor a sprint for that. Audit and Discovery Sprint are work with a result: analysis, plan, cost calculation, written assessment.
We already have a specification. Do we need the sprint?
Maybe not. If scope, interfaces and operating model are described reliably in it, we can price it directly. Mention it in the initial call and we'll check — and save you the sprint if it adds nothing.
Not sure what fits?
The initial call is free and without obligation. Afterwards we both know whether an audit, a Discovery Sprint or neither is the right next step.
If neither is needed, we'll tell you that too.
