Online booking for ski and mountain coaching with Stripe integration

Wolfgang Pfeifhofer runs two brands in St. Johann im Pongau: the ski school with courses for children and adults, and Ski & Mountain Coaching for private lessons, ski touring and freeride. For both, we built the website and online booking, multilingual and optimised for smartphones and desktops.

Ski school: book and pay right away

Choose a course, enter the date and participants, check the basket, pay: booking takes just a few steps. Payment goes through Stripe Checkout by card, eps bank transfer, Klarna or Google Pay.

Ski & Mountain Coaching: request with price

Choose an activity, enter the date, participants and hours: the price is calculated immediately and the request goes straight to Ski & Mountain Coaching.

Why not an off-the-shelf booking system?

There are good booking systems on the market. None of them could handle both brands in one system, with custom pricing by activity, hours and participants, and a booking flow that matches the website's design instead of a third-party widget. They also came with ongoing licence fees. A custom build costs more up front, but there is no monthly licence; Stripe only charges a fee per payment.

“We had agsolutions build an online booking system for us. The result is impressive across the board! The team is highly professional, reliable and innovative, and their solutions use the latest technology. We were particularly impressed by Alex's excellent customer service: friendly, knowledgeable and always focused on solutions. If you're looking for a partner you can trust, you've come to the right place.”
