Why Clockodo and sevDesk?
Clockodo tracks working time by project, customer and activity. That way we can always see how much time went into each project.
sevDesk is our accounting software: we use it to write and manage invoices, record payments and maintain customer master data.
Once connected, the two tools transfer the tracked hours straight into the invoice. Nobody has to retype numbers from one system into the other.

How the automated process works

- Invoice in sevDesk: the transferred hours are turned into an invoice right away, with hours, hourly rates and customer data.
- Sending and payment: sevDesk sends the invoice to the customer and tracks incoming payment.
